This is the type of email sent from the Enola Volunteer Fire Department to Conway (about 18 miles) several weeks ago – everything you see on the slide was transmitted and received in 55 seconds – far faster than it would have been with having to transmit it at writing speed for the receiving station to get 100% copy.
