Treasury Report
Current Balance = $1290.37
Frankie reported that he was able to work with Regions Bank to correct the clubs account. It is now a "Free Business Checking" account and should no longer be charged a monthly fee. The bank did agree to refund the charges it had withheld in the previous month. Frankie also stated that he would be adding the other officers of the FCARC to the clubs bank account.
Frankie also requested reimbursement for the FCARC's new vinyl banner that was used on Field Day, and will be used at upcoming events. Cost = $100.13. Motion carried to fund reimbursement.
Old Business
Field Day Wrap Up -- Wayne Johnston(KD4TA)
Field Day was another success this year. Wet on Saturday, still a great success. The club again thanked MEMS for the use of their Command Trailer for one of our FD stations. Perry reported that MEMS were very happy to assist, (although there was a slight mishap with a refrigerator full of soda that I will let Perry explain if you ask him.) Wayne also reported that we had several visitors, including the county judge Preston Scroggin and a state senator. (Missed the name here, need a fill in) The judge was very impressed with our setup, and spent some time with Brian Kessler (N1WNC) looking at the emergency setup.
Wayne also reported that Judge Scroggin wants us to move forward with getting some more equipment into the 911 call center. More to come on this topic.
New Business
Antenna Launcher -- Jim Grinder
Jim Grinder (N5TSG) showed off a new toy that he's been building. It is a compressed air antenna hanger that will launch tennis balls over trees with fishing line attached for hanging antennas. It was a very interesting design, and Jim will be making some more of them for anyone that is interested.
NOTE: Frankie did give Jim a hard time by claiming that his new toy looked like a "over engineered potato gun," but it was a neat design.
No new Events or Upcoming work days were discussed at this meeting.
Silent Auction
The club held a silent auction for some equipment that was donated. Several items were bid on and all items eventually were sold to different individuals to raise money for the FCARC. Below is a list of the items, and who bought them.

AR-450 70cm Vertical Antenna -- Roger N5QNA
Screwdriver Set -- George N5GC
Soldering Iron -- Glenn N5GK
